As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer individual therapy for teenagers and adults navigating several areas of life, including managing various mental health disorders, adjusting to life transitions, improving their relationships with themselves and their loved ones, and enhancing overall mental health. I specialize in working with college-aged individuals and the unique challenges faced by young adults navigating academic, personal, and social transitions.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia, as well as a license from the Georgia Secretary of State as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I take advantage of continuing to learn and grow in my practice through attending continuing education opportunities regularly.
I have been privileged to serve diverse populations of individuals facing various challenges since I began working one-on-one with clients in 2018. I have several years of experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Grief & Loss, and Self-Harm, as well as many other struggles.
In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and personalized experience. I recognize that true healing in therapy involves walking alongside individuals as they explore and discover, not creating or enforcing my own agenda. Throughout my work, I have had the true honor of witnessing clients recognize their strengths, employ them, and experience lasting change that allows them to THRIVE, not just survive.
